Roles & Responsibilities: Colin has a wealth of experience within the print bureau industry and is a key to PHD Mail’s success. As well as being MD, Colin takes a lead role within PHD Mail for all quality and health and safety issues.
Name & Title: Kevin Dunn, Business Development Director
Time with PHD: Since 1998
Roles & Responsibilities: Kevin is instrumental in PHD Mail’s growth strategy through sales, existing client growth and the introduction of new practices and procedures leading to the current level of Quality driven services. Kevin has over 25 years experience in the effective changing and implementation of business critical systems, utilising experiences from working within Kaisen and Six Sigma environments.
Name & Title: Stuart Murfin, IT / Operations Director
Time with PHD: Joined as a consultant in 2003 and became a non-executive Director in 2004
Roles & Responsibilities: Implementation and Delivery of PHD Mail’s Business Continuity plan. To provide support to the IT and Operations Managers. Prior to joining PHD, Stuart worked for a wholly owned subsidiary of a blue chip company in the Water Industry for almost 27 years where, for many years, he was an IT Manager responsible for delivering the service to the customer community.
Name & Title: Jamie Mason, IT Manager
Time with PHD: Joined in 1999
Roles & Responsibilities: Fully responsible for the IT and Data processing departments. Jamie has a BSc (hons) in Information Technology for Business. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a qualified Prince2 practitioner and a member of the British Computer Society.
Name & Title: Michael O’Doherty, Operations Manager
Time with PHD: Since 2004
Roles & Responsibilities: His responsibilities are varied and include the operations of the production environment and overall management of the Quality systems within PHD. He has 23 years within the armed forces where he learnt his efficiencies and conformance skills. He has been trained in Lean Management techniques and is a keen member of the Institute Operations Manager (MIOM). Michael is also a certified Internal Quality system Auditor.
