We will allocate a dedicated Account Manager to you. This is your first point of contact and they
will act as your eyes and ears within PHD Mail, making sure your existing and future requirements
are fully attended to. Our Account Managers will liaise with you on everything concerned with
your mailings from data to dispatch, printing to postage, scanning to secure E-billing.
What we will also do is, “save you money!” We are passionate about working to the most cost
efficient processes and this allows us to pass on savings to you. We’ve saved our clients an
average of 30% on process & production costs when they change from an in-house
system to PHD Mail and this doesn’t include the postage savings! We will gladly provide you
