PHD has formed a strategic partnership with Ricoh to supply a new “Post on Demand” service to our client base.

The system will allow you to create a document at your desk and then, using a simple print icon, send that document directly to PHD where it will be printed, enclosed and mailed out the very next working day and all of this for potentially;

Less than the price of your current postal rate, including all stationery too!

The document creator, even after sending to the print icon, has the ability to go back to the document and amend it at any time before an agreed cut off time when PHD will process that day’s document transmissions.

PHD will supply full document reconciliation for each day’s documents, based on creator, printed side volumes and whether Black or Full Colour output.
